June 3 (Reuters) - ScandBook Holding AB  SBOK.ST : 
    * Acquires Print-it UAB 
    * Purchase price will be paid in newly issued ordinary shares and preferential shares in 
ScandBook Holding  
    * Transaction is carried out so that ScandBook acquires about 99.9 pct of shares in Print-it 
    * After deal Auris Holding AS, current major shareholder in Print-it, will become major 
shareholder in ScandBook with about 29 percent of voting rights and about 48 percent of share 
capital 
    * Says ScandBook's CEO, Magnus Breitenstein becomes CEO of new group
